Mount George Public School at Sydney Olympic Park

Congratulations to Malachi Reece, Samuel Fulton, Quintin Reece, & Shayla Boorer on their sensational efforts at the NSW State Athletics Championships in Sydney on October 20th. They are the first students from Mount George PS to qualify for the State Championships in modern history. These students competed in the Norm & Elizabeth Austen Small Schools Mixed 4 x 100 metre Relay. Our team ran a time of 1.11.40 which qualified them for the State semi-finals and placed them 18th in NSW.

Well done to all our relay members who were great ambassadors for our school and the Hunter. We are very proud of their efforts!
