What an amazing time the students at Mount George Public School had at Canberra. All students from year 2 through to year 6 went on an exciting five-day long adventure to chilly Canberra. The five jam packed days consisted of visiting the Royal Mint, Australian Institute of Sport, Australian War Memorial, Parliament House, National Art Gallery, CSIRO, Telstra Tower, Questacon and The National Museum. The trip finished with a day snowboarding at Jindabyne that the kids all agreed was their favourite activity.

At Mount George Public School we strive to give the students an opportunity to experience new things and visit amazing places. Every year we do something different but we look forward to heading back to Canberra again in 2022.
